A public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/stockiest/wholesale dealers/manufacturers & general order suppliers registered with sales tax department having their own offices with telephone & fax numbers (if detected adverse, the offer will be rejected) .Published in Daily Express, Lahore Dated: 20-9-20.TENDER NOTICE ,INMOL LAHORE

NOTE: Tender will be opened after 30 minutes of deadline date/time

1. Tender documents with specifications can be obtained from INMOL Hospital, New Campus Road, Lahore (Phone: 042-99231064-68, Extt: 119, Fax: 042-99230778, Email: inmollhr@hotmail.com) w.e.f. 21.09.2020 against payment (nonrefundable) in shape of Bank Draft/Call Deposit in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer on any working day during office hours (except Saturday & Sunday).

2. Tender should accompany with an earnest money @Rs. 2% of total quoted price in favor of ''Pr. Accounts Officer" otherwise tender will not be considered/accepted. Taxes will be deducted as per Govt, rules on gross amount of the bill.

3. The bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelops. Each envelop shall contain separately the "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL".

4. The supplier should quote the rates on F.O.R basis. Rates should be valid for at least 90 days.

5. Sealed tender must be send to the undersigned along with covering letter in a sealed cover duly marked on its top right corner "Tender Notice No." addressed to Head, (Procurement), P.O. Box No. 59, Jauharabad District: Khushab must be received latest by 08.10.2020 (Thursday) through registered post or any reliable courier services OR by hand on opening day to tender opening committee on 13.10.2020 (Tuesday) upto llOO hrs at INMOL Hospital, New Campus Road, Lahore.

6. The tender will be opened on 13.10.2020 (Tuesday) 1130 at INMOL Hospital, New Campus Road, Lahore in the presence of bidders or their representative who wish to be present.

7. Advertisement of the tender is also available on website www.ppra.org.pk.

8. Purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason.
